Team Performance Review Programme

Team Development and Training is likely to have a profound impact in personal career growth and day to day job-related performance.

The Emava Team Performance Review Programme has been designed to assess the performance of the team with regard to the aims and objectives of the Company as well as the Core Values, People, Customer Focus, Productivity and Growth.

There are 3 key stages in this review process: -

1.   Self- evaluation and Manager evaluation - You and your manager will evaluate your performance using the form by rating your performance in the various categories and making the relevant comments you wish to.

2.   Discussion - You and your Manager then discuss the ratings for each performance category and jointly determine your strengths and development needs. As a result of the discussion, an action plan will be agreed to give training where necessary and to establish an agreed course of improvement actions together with a review period. This discussion is also an opportunity to examine your Personal Development Growth with regard to either your current job function or career in general.

In the event that an employee’s overall rating performance indicates that ”Performance does not meet requirements” then a 90-day interim review must be scheduled.

3.   Comments and Signatures - Once the results of the review discussion have been agreed and a training and development schedule has been planned and written down, together with any relevant comments on the review categories, then the Manager and you will sign the review documents. You will retain your copy whilst the Managers copy will be entered in the HR system.
