Robert began his remarkable career as an apprentice, training to the highest standard under the guidance of multi–award-winning stylist Graham Lovesey. During this formative time, he mastered the essential skills that would become the foundation of his future success.

He went on to work with internationally renowned names such as Glemby, Alan Paul, House of Clive, and Vidal Sassoon — experiences that expanded his expertise, deepened his knowledge, and strengthened his passion for the craft of hairdressing.

Early in his career, Robert made his mark on the competition circuit, earning multiple awards and national recognition for his creative talent. His dedication, artistry, and relentless pursuit of excellence eventually led him to realize his lifelong dream: opening his own salon.

In 2018, Robert founded Emava — a brand built on creativity, precision, and vision. Since then, he has dedicated himself to nurturing a talented team and cultivating an environment where innovation thrives. Today, Robert continues to shape Emava’s exciting future, driving the brand forward with the same passion and purpose that have defined his career from the very beginning.

Hairdressing is truly in my blood — a craft and passion passed down from my mother. From an early age, I knew this was where my heart belonged. Creating beautiful, bespoke styles that reflect each client’s personality is what drives me, blending creativity with the latest fashion-forward techniques to achieve results that are both modern and timeless.

Balancing my career as a stylist with being a mother and wife has given me a deep appreciation for harmony and connection — values I bring to every client experience. I’m proud to live my dream every day, doing what I love while helping others look and feel their absolute best.
